Bolly Belly Dance Classes

Thursdays 1pm-2pm   (new course starting 14th November 2019)

This course is open to beginners combining belly dance and bollywood fitness to help provide muscle strength and tone, with a great aerobic workout, giving you the best workout regime. The first half of the class will include a gentle warm up, after this you will learn moves from the ancient art of Belly Dance, with isolation control and dreamy undulations, putting them together to create a dance choreography to wow your friends and partner! The second half of the class we will use the Bollywood Dance Fitness routines to give an aerobic workout that is fun and energetic. Finishing with a relaxing cool down and stretches.  it is a wonderful way to keep fit, have fun, and meet new friends!

Cost is £30 for 5 weeks course in advance or £8 drop in contact us to arrange payment and secure your place!
